This project was originally released on the 01/02/2022 on Twitter , and was specifically tailored for @CantieSoft . It was developed for 10 days and finished right before her birthday.

I hold this game fondly. This is the first "full" game I have ever released.
The current browser-playable version is the original build, untouched.

However, as an extra download I have left a more recent version for everyone to enjoy. This version can be somewhat buggy, as it is a port of the original to Godot 4.

Cantie got shrunk in her own lab, I recall? There's no actual story. Just beat the 10 stages and enjoy this short but cute, bubble-popping experience.

Mechanics

  • Concoction:
    • Shooting bubbles consumes Concoction. Make every shot count.
    • Popping bubbles fills up the Concoction and can keep you afloat.
      • Making bubbles is so much better, though.
    • (Not on Browser) You can spend some of the Concoction to charge the cannon and spew out a powerful Charged Shot, which penetrates through a few bubbles.
    • Run out of Concoction, and you have to retry the entire stage.
  • A timer (I remember people testing themselves when I first released the game...)
